She studied at ELTE and in the field of Foreign Trade and then obtained an MSc in HR Management from the University of Buckingham
in the UK. She has more than 20 years of HR experience at both international and domestic levels in the FMCG, financial advisory,
pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries. Her early career roles included managing key business cycles as well as
internal communications, CSR and SSC. As Regional HR Lead, she coordinated HR activities across 28 countries in a multinational
environment. Committed to corporate social responsibility, she has been the chairperson of United Way Hungary since 2017 in
addition to her work and was a board member and HR team leader of the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) for 12 years.
She has been on the board of JVSZ (Joint Venture Association) since 2024. In 2015, she obtained an ACC international coach
qualification, and since then she has been supporting mainly middle and top managers. She joined the 4iG team in January 2020.
Under her professional leadership, the 4iG Group won HRO Today – HRD professional award in the category of large companies
in 2023.
