ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

The operation of 4iG Plc., including its organisational structure, the appointment of the company's senior officers, the representation of the investor interests, the competence of the administrative units and their chiefs, are governed by the Articles of Association. According to the founders' decision, the Articles of Association and its amendments are adopted by the Company's General Assembly, while the Board of Directors submits the amendment proposals of the shareholders or the Board of Directors.
