Zoltán Dr. Guller
He earned his law degree with an excellent rating from the Faculty of Law and Government of the Eötvös Loránd University. He started his professional career at Educatio Kht. as Deputy Director, then held a director position at Multinova Kft. He worked as a trainee lawyer in Budapest before serving as a director at Commitment Kft./Zrt. for more than seven and a half years. From 2010 to 2011, he was Head of Department at the Ministry of National Development. Throughout his career, he held managing director roles at Humán Jövő Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft. and Nemzeti Üdülési Szolgálat Kft. Between 2011 and 2012, he was the CEO of Hunguest Vagyonkezelő Zrt., and from 2012, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hungarian National Holiday Foundation. During his career, he was active in several areas of the public sector: between 2012 and 2014, at the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice; between 2014 and 2016, at the Ministry of Human Resources; between 2016 and 2018, at the Ministry of National Development; and from 2018 the Ministerial Commissioner of the Prime Minister's Cabinet Office. From 2016 to 2022, he was the CEO of the Hungarian Tourism Agency. From 2022 to 2024, he was the CEO of the Digital Hungary Agency, and until 2023 he served as the ministerial commissioner responsible for the operation and development of unified, transparent and structured government IT and e-governance. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Hungarian Tourism Agency and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Budapest Business School Foundation. Since 2025, he has been Chairman of 4iG Plc.’s Supervisory Board.
