⁣Péter Somfalvi has more than 25 years of experience in property development and investment management, with numerous property development projects that have won international professional awards. Between 2001 and 2006 he was the Director of Sales and Development of Home Center Zrt. which became one of the largest residential property development companies in Budapest. Since 2006, he has been Deputy CEO of Real Estate Development at SCD Group, one of the leading real estate development and tourism companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Subsequently, as a property development consultant, he assisted in the realisation of several property investments and developments in Hungary. Since 2018, he has been the deputy CEO of Appeninn Nyrt., the largest property investment and asset management company listed on the BSE and the founding owner of Hillside International Kft. Since May 2022, he has been the Director of Real Estate and Investment of the 4iG Group. At group level, he is responsible for the entire real estate infrastructure – commercial and technological – and related investments.
