Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

Appointment of new executive officers

4iG PLC (“4iG”) hereby informs the capital market that László Blénessy, the General Deputy Group CEO for Business of the 4iG Group, was appointed as the new CEO by the Board of Directors of Vodafone Magyarország Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: 1112 Budapest, Boldizsár utca 2.; company registration number: 01-10-044159) on January 31^st, 2023.

The work of the new CEO will be supported by Tamás Tábori, the managing director of DIGI Távközlési és Szolgáltató Kft., who will support the coordination of the B2C service areas of the companies in his dual position as a Deputy CEO. Csaba Thurzó, Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the 4iG Group, has been entrusted with the management of the financial areas of Vodafone Hungary Zrt. as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

As of March 01^st, 2023, 4iG will have a new Deputy CEO, Sacha Dudler, who will be responsible for leading the transformation and integration processes across the group companies.
