Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

On the acquisition of 100% of the quota of DIGI Távközlési és Szolgáltató Kft. and its subsidiaries

4iG Plc. (hereinafter: “4iG”) hereby informs the Capital and Financial Markets that today 4iG has acquired 100% of the quota of the subscribed capital of DIGI Távközlési Szolgáltató Kft. (hereinafter: “DIGI”) and its subsidiaries, Invitel Zrt., i-TV Zrt. and DIGI Infrastruktúra Kft (hereinafter: “DIGI Group”).

Following  the change of ownership, the members appointed by RCS & RDS will leave the company's management and supervisory board. Ms Gyöngyvér Papp-Gerlei has been appointed as the executive director of DIGI.

DIGI, with a broad portfolio of services, ranks second in the Hungarian fixed voice, internet and TV market. With the closing of the transaction and the acquisitions made in the infocommunications sector over the past year, 4iG will become one of the largest telecommunication operators in Hungary, while the group has also built a dominant position in the Western Balkan telecom market.
