4iG Public Limited Company (“ 4iG ”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that "ANTENNA HUNGÁRIA" Hungarian Broadcasting and Radio Telecommunications Private Company Limited by Shares (registered office: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39 .; company registration number: 01-10-042190) – of which 4iG is the qualified majority owner –has decided on the establishment of four company in Hungary under the names of AH HÁROM Limited Liability Company, AH NÉGY Limited Liability Company, AH ÖT Limited Liability Company and AH HAT Limited Liability Company, and one company in North-Macedonia under the name of Company for Communication Services ONE MACEDONIA TELECOMMUNICATIONS DOOEL Skopje.
