Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

On receiving permission in connection with the acquisition of 20% of the shares of Space-Communications Ltd. 

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter: “4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that pursuant to the approval of the Israeli Ministry of Communications (hereinafter: "MOC") issued yesterday and the agreement previously reached between the parties^[1], 4iG will be able to increase its shareholding^[2] in the operator and developer of AMOS satellite systems, Space Commmunications Ltd. (hereinafter: "Spacecom") from 9.538 percent to 20 percent by way of capital increase.
