SECURITY INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
As with small, medium and large enterprises, it is important for public institutions of the state or critical infrastructure operators also to be prepared for threats and cyberattacks. Any organization, regardless of its size, can be targeted by an attacker not only because of existing valuable information, but also because of their partnerships.
Our 4iG SOC service provides our partners with the conditions necessary for successful incident management. This is based on the fact that 4iG's dynamically expanding security team is made up of professionals with many years of experience, including a wide spectrum of security certifications. We are able to continuously monitor our customers' infrastructure, to detect existing vulnerabilities and threats, to investigate security incidents, and to respond quickly to emerging attacks.
Our goal is to
proactively support attack response and to reduce the likelihood of harmful
events by identifying vulnerabilities in the network. By continuously analyzing
network traffic in search of anomalies, we are able to intervene more quickly
in the event of an attack. This ensures full protection for our customers.
Bearing in mind
the needs of our customers, we have designed our Security Operation Center (SOC)
in such a way that technologies, qualified professionals and well-designed
processes are always available to develop and maintain complete protection.
Through our feedback, we help our partners to be able to take the measures
necessary for the required and proportionate protection.
As a result,
those who work with us can concentrate more calmly on their own tasks, because
we are constantly monitoring the threats against them, analyzing the various IT
security risks discovered, detecting security incidents, helping to manage them
and to keep track of them.
