Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

On concluding a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: “4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding was signed between 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as “4iG S&D”) - a member of the 4iG Group - and Creotech Instruments S. A. in order to identify potential collaboration in the field of space industry. 

The non-binding Memorandum of Understanding sets forth continuous discussions between 4iG S&D and Creotech Instruments S. A . to identify potential regional cooperation in the European institutional space sector further to any other opportunities for collaboration, and to prepare agreements thereof.
